ANY PARTICIPATION IN THIS SERVICE WILL CONSTITUTE ACCEPTANCE OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ABIDE BY THE ABOVE, PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.
2. User Accounts
To access certain features of the platform, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

The content provided on Complete Life Care, including yoga courses, health tips, and Ayurvedic advice, is for educational purposes only. It is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

4. Affiliate & Referral Program
Users may participate in our Affiliate/Referral Program to earn commissions by referring new members to our platform.
- Commission Structure: Commissions are calculated based on the multi-level structure defined in our Compensation Plan. We reserve the right to modify commission rates at any time.
- Payouts: Commissions are paid out subject to a minimum withdrawal threshold and verification of valid sales.
- Prohibited Conduct: Affiliates must not engage in spamming, misleading advertising, or any fraudulent activity. Violation of these rules will result in immediate termination of the affiliate account and forfeiture of earnings.
5. Payments and Refunds
Pricing: Prices for our courses and subscriptions are subject to change without notice.
Refunds: We offer a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with a course, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not completed more than 30% of the course content. Refunds for subscription renewals are not provided once the renewal is processed.
6. Intellectual Property
The Site and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Complete Life Care and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
7. Termination
We may terminate your access to the Site, without cause or notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with your account. All provisions of this Agreement that, by their nature, should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
8. Changes to This Agreement
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms of Service by posting the updated terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
